Shipping

Art will be shipped directly from Portland, Oregon and will typically be dispatched within three business days, unless otherwise specified. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Most pieces will be shipped flat, unless otherwise specified in the listing. We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging materials and take into consideration the size, weight, and fragility of the artwork.

For the safety of your order, please ensure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. Once the package is marked as "delivered," you are responsible for its security. In the event that your package is stolen or marked as "delivered" but never arrived, you may be able to file a claim with the postal service. However, please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages that were delivered to your location by the post office or UPS.

 

Returns & Exchanges

To ensure customer satisfaction, we carefully inspect and package every item before shipment. However, in the event that an item arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the damage to the piece and contact us within 3 days of delivery.

As our items are often one-of-a-kind or made to order, returns or exchanges are typically not accepted. However, we understand that there may be special circumstances and we will review each case on an individual basis. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase and we will do our best to find a solution that works for both parties.
